Hungry on my way home after a full day of walking through the streets of Crescent City, I stumbled over this place. It was packed with people, but I did not have to wait Long. The Staff was very friendly and the food excellent. The vegetables were crispy and perfectly cooked, the sauce delicious and tasty. I hope I’ll find this place again.
Yum! Started with the green scallion pancake and then had the braised pork belly. The pancake was light and crispy, not what I was expecting, but it was very good. The pork belly came with mushrooms and quail eggs. An interesting, delicious combination. I love this place. It may seem pricey but remember tip is included in the pricing.
This place was more an experience than a meal. Some of the food was a little out there for me, but it was well prepared, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I got to try some things I would never have otherwise. Had an amazing experience here. I loved that everything was made in a traditional way, while using good quality ingrediants. I also really enjoyed the comfortable atmosohere and excellent service. I will come again when I visit Crescent City.
